Distributor Warranty Claim Request

Warranty Claim Procedure:

1. H&S Manufacturing to determine if defective part returns are necessary. Distributor to hold parts until direction for disposal or return is given during the claim process.
2. All claim forms must be filled out completely and returned within 30 days of repair unless noted for H&S office use.
3. All decals, shields, and guards must be in place and fastened correctly during the repair process
4. If equipped PTO shield and emergency stop mechanism must be complete and functioning properly
